>>2534522Lyrics-wise, Tenkyuu is more about her leaving, not staying because she doesn't want to give up. Meta-wise, Suisei intended to release it as her farewell song but it exploded more than she thought.
>星はまた弧を描いて飛んだ>いつかまた会えるなんていえなかった>星が降った後の街、僕はもうずっと君の行方を探してたFrom my own interpretation, Ghost is a homage to her past self and her past songs. The melody of the intro itself is quite upfront on that part, since it sounds similar to Pieces and Tenkyuu's intro. The first two sentences say that things just started from spontaneous feelings that she got, which is how exactly she started her career: she just wanted to become an idol just like the idols she adores. Then the next line after that says she just kept going by "lining up excuses", which is how her career continued. If you can recall her documentary clip or have watched that actual stream where she talks about her career, she said that she has always thought about quitting, but she kept on "making excuses" like "oh, my song got recognized in V-Kouhaku and my subs count grew a bit, I guess I have to keep going then," and "oh, my friends keep on asking me to play this and that and wants to collab with me, I guess I'll continue then". Take note also that during this part, you can see a doodle of a livestream window, and in general, Suisei was pretty much a ghost back then since she barely had any presence at all. Then in the PV you can see a city, with an angle that is very much similar to Tenkyuu's. The chorus has the line can be connected to comet. Ghost asks if you can hear her voice, and comet says she's trying to make her voice heard by everyone even if its just very feeble right now. Plus, in comet, she says "私のこと見ていてね" , but in Ghost, she says "見つけてよ僕を". I think the 声を枯らして part could also be linked to Pieces' "願いをこめた声が枯れるまで”, but maybe Suisei just really likes that phrasing.
Another detail I can add is the "こんな僕の心まで馬鹿にしないで" is probably related to the fact that when she was an indie no one really took her seriously on the wanting to be an idol part. Typing "アイドル...?" used to be a stream joke whenever she says she's actually an idol, so maybe she was actually pretty hurt by that since it's her dream and all.
