If you want to make apparent that someone is using heels, you tend to choose stepping sounds that sound hollow once the step is done, due to the form of the heels.
Shoes on the other hand sound more flat
I'm gonna fully trust on the artist in here too, and notice that the perspective is somewhat accurate, but they are absolutely tall (or in this case wearing heels) or that desk is really small, because that distance seems a bit distant.
