Transmission will always incur some loss, but as long as the settings are the same, and your upload speed can handle the bitrate, streaming and recording should appear about the same
I might have misspoke earlier saying twitch had an upper bitrate of 8k, 6k seems to be what they officially document, but i swear I've heard streamers say they use 8k
