Why doesn't NijiEN's management just apologize to people like Doki or Mint and how they poorly treated them in private? That should make it to where if they ever have to interact together, the situation becomes less awkward for both parties and less humiliating for Nijisanji.
And ideally privately, because publicly apologies puts the talents on the spot and puts them in a position where they either have to acknowledge it or ignore it altogether. It doesnt even seem like Doki bears any ill will towards the company at this point, and she's mentioned multiple times that she hates being viewed as this "weapon" to attack people with.
