Filian is still growing, probably because 90% of her streams aren't her Just Chatting for 2 hours about whatever she got up to with Whoreclan.
For Camila, I think she just has terrible stream ideas, get over Vedal rejecting you for a meme and do collabs with him if you want to grow.
