You can have good management and still have quite a lot to gain out of joining VShojo because of the vtuber-specific opportunities they can offer. Plenty of people in VShojo are dual-wielding orgs. Just because she's doing fine on her own doesn't mean she's out of the running.
Mostly saying that for other people though, because I doubt Doki specifically is going anywhere. Just that someone having management is the opposite of de-confirming them. Kson had a personal manager before joining, and VShojo just hired her manager on to work for them and she still does.
