Also a voice warmup before starting utawakus would help, but she never does that either, so the first few songs she performs a bit worse and it gets good towards the end. Also she sits down while singing, more voice would come out if she stood up
If you want to hear Matsuri at her best, check out any Disney song performance. Literally any Disney song will do and she will absolutely nail it aside from very minor pitch mistakes at best
