after two fails T_T>>2754515Idk how it is in other countries, but in America it is partially a business. There are privately owned driving schools and high school classes to teach.
But on top of that, driving is a huge thing in America (all of our major cities are like 3+ hours apart from one another, no public transport). So I think its important we get a challenging test
