At first I was under the assumption that these are templates of the live2d application tweaked by the company's graphic designer so it's not really a big ordeal. Then I saw on the jew chuuba thread that they actually commission people to do these. From the opening of the stream to the chatbox and whatever is being displayed on the chuuba as interface. Being an artist or designer really has a boom on the vtuber sphere. I'm kinda jelly.
