We all kinda have that mind voice or instinct that we don't speak it when we're alone, like playing minecraft you think "I should make a shovel", you just gotta actually talk and let that voice out, like if you weren't alone. Laugh loud, say "WTH!" or "damn I'm lost" the obvious.
Hide your viewer count and pretend that the chat is broken thats why no one is talking, that's how I do it and it became way more easy and natural over time
