In truth there are no "waspies", thats just a made up term since every vtuber here posts in both threads
Streams of local girls are brought up exclusively because we want to help them improve , since they are /here/ and they will listen to feedback. Streams of other girls outside of wasp can be brought up as long as they are doing something interesting worth watching. These were the rules set up from the start, and why sometimes people post Gura or others.
Local schizos still dont get this even if it was told to them several times before. They think they are still in /asp/ and speak of things like "they dont belong" or "this isnt a waspie" as if that made any fucking sense in an advice thread.

Why is this? Because /asp/ was ruined by becoming a community thread. It is basically a discord for them to hang out and lust after one another after their own discords and their own male threads exploded. This will not happen here, for girls move on, they always move on. Meanwhile there are people over there calling themselves aspirants when they have been streaming for 10 years, and have been posted in /asp/ for 3 or more. Basically they hijacked the advice thread as their own personal space, which is why /asp/ no longer gives advice, and why reform was needed.
I usually dont bother to explain this but this might help out our new /pcg/ friend to understand the spirit of this thread.
