He probably should because other people don't watch his streams and a lot of schizos in his ASMR streams don't watch his other streams (he doubled or tripled in ccv during those) either. The simple matter of fact is that if he addressed it in a single tweet like ANYONE ELSE in NijiEN would have done (instead of long ass rants like Mysta's that makes you look like a schizo), even tweeting something as simple as cancelling ASMR plan for a week, it would make a far better impression on him and far better impact than the shit he's doing right now.
