Pomu is very careful to use the pronouns "they" and "them" instead of anything gender specific. Even though it's kind of awkward to say this instead of a simple "her". In the third timestamp specifically it's very clear that she's not talking about multiple roommates here, but a single person who is her roommate. Nina also accidentally calls this person "he".
I guess pomu just has a female rommate that just happens to be very skilled at platforming games. After all girls are known for their skill at platformers.
