This is because the species of Dragon they belong to are more like Proto-Mammals, meaning they share a lot of Mammal like traits (such as milk production and live-births) while also having their existing Draconic and/or Reptilian/Bird-Like features. (Like scales & feathers, and ofc their iconic head wings)
However it could be debated that Selen, due to also being Half-Human, has more of an edge in the Milk Production side of things.
