Then when I was middle school I went on a school trip and gave my brother careful instructions on the proper amounts to feed them. Before I left I did a water change and everything. But when I came back a week later they were both dead. My brother just didn't care that he killed the fish I had looked after for 6 years. And later that same year I got another fish, but then the power went out at my place, so the aerator and heater couldn't run and that fish died a day before the power came back... Anyway, I didn't want to be a marine biologist after that.
