I have yet to find a good pairing. For anyone who says that tomatoes work in burgers, you're larping. They ruin the balance, the texture, the taste. Tomatoes just make something good worse most of the time.
As I said, I enjoy tomato sauces and soups. Not completely against the existence of the 'fruit'.
