For people that wanna do JP boy reps but are starting from zero language-wise, I'd rec trancy/language reactor (chrome only) extensions. Both translate the yt auto-subtitles on vods so it's really easy to get the gist of what the livers are saying. it's not 100% accurate but it gets the job done.
