I mostly use anything-v3 nowadays, it just looks nicer (especially when upscaling).In my experience it tends to be a little better at character likeness than the nsfw NAI model, to the point where I'm mostly content with anyone I prompt for to look like themselves. If you really want the fine details to match you often have to use the NAI sfw model.
You can see from this comparison that they can both make what is obviously shion, even with a variety of outfits, but anything-v3 isn't as good at her default outfit and messes up the hairband every single time. Of course, you could always try and fix these with the prompt, which I didn't do here, but the more you add to the prompt the more likely things will go bad in my experience so when trying to make a scene/outfit that's already complicated it's nice to just go with the one that knows the characters better
