Some of them like Akina and Tomoe look kind of Japanese, but they have light wye colors like white people.
There' basically 2 members of the entire company who even look japanese and it's Mito and Yashiro. Everyone else is ether some fantasy character, or just a white person.
Also to be clear, the anime looking designs mostly have light hair and light eyes.
Nijisanji is literally a corporation of Japanese people who are dressing up as Europeans, in order to appeal to other Japanese people. It's fucking bizarre.
But it's not just Nijisanji. How many isekai animes, or gacha games are using European fantasy settings. Where everybody is just white people straight out of some medieval realm.
What is going on? It's just bizarre. It's like Asians are passively-aggressively obsessed with becoming white.
