>>76231607>Would Seth really have the same kind of access to customers' information?Depends on how well-built his company is, and how much of sales operation is internal. Larger companies have legal teams and internal policies that prevent even those in authority from easily accessing that information without a blatant paper trail. A CEO can definitely get access to a random singular customer's data, but there would at bare minimum be evidence of access that he can't get rid of without looping more people in on his actions, including third parties. A lot of database tracking (particularly for sales) gets outsourced, so those companies would be the ones holding the data, and would be the ones asking questions if an executive were to come knocking for information.
MSM frankly does NOT sound terribly well-built, so I doubt they have a strong legal team or strong internal paper trails. You should assume that any and all data that enters the company is at Seth's disposal, especially considering the high likelihood of getting doxxed talents in the company seem to have. I haven't investigated how they do merch sales, but if it's not through a third party storefront, you should assume that yes, Seth plausibly has access to that data. And we have reasonable cause to suspect he would indeed use it.
