>>59223068>>59222816I did a deep dive into sub numbers that are available on stream charts not too long ago and came up with rough estimation that pretty much most female vtubers that has about 400 ccv and about 150+ consistent monthly resubs regardless of tier should qualify for partner plus under the new points system. Hina publicly saying she qualifies for it is hard confirmation for me of my findings. Mind you I am working with rough estimate data and there are some surpirsing outliers of people you'd think should qualify that probably do not based on the resub number, but for the most part 400 CCV+ seems to be the sweet spot.
