You gotta think of jokes like ki, man. If you spam a fuckton of blasts of it one after the other, they're weak and don't do much individually or as a group. But if you store it up for a long time and blast it off in one concentrated burst, you can hit way above your weight class. It's like that with jokes; they stop being funny if you spam them rapid-fire, but if you hold it for when it's best fitting, it works wonders.
