>>9196394Unironically, lift weights, and if you can't do that, look up a high intensity exercise(squats, push-ups, pull-ups) routine and follow that instead. I used to get bent outa shape if things weren't just so at work and in meetings, but after going hard I started to just not care about the other 80% and am happier for it. Muscle aches feel good to.
