She talks to her fans on social media, she plays games with them, she interacts with them in chat, and she acknowledges other talents as well outside of the Hololive sphere (maybe not openly but I'm assuming there is some dialogue).
Not to mention she does Holotalk, which is a strong bridge between JP and EN fans within the Hololive community, and she is quite outspoken (sometimes to a fault but most of the time it's refreshing to see someone not be too reserved).
There's also that "bottom left" synergy with VShoujos, which I think resonates well with the talents and the fans, and allows them to connect on a level that other talent don't (openly) want to associate themselves with.
