Hololive *usually* hires in advance and trains them for a few months meaning they would have passed the audition and hired around June-July.
Do you REALLY think, if that's the case, that they would sit on the girls debut and let them spend more than six months just because, while debuting two male gens that were hired after them?
There is a much simpler explanation: they still didn't contact any of the future EN3 girls nor started their training
