If physical force is your only option, grab her from behind, get one arm around her neck, and chokehold her to unconsciousness. This should only take about 10-20 seconds to knockout, but she will recover quickly.
Alternatively, if you have a few minutes of restraint time, you can prepare some chloroform ahead of time, grab her around the waist to restrain her arms, and use your free hand to first shove a gag cloth in her mouth, before covering her face with a thick cloth soaked in chloroform. If you're quick and not weak, she shouldn't be able to escape, nor call for help.
Regardless of your choice, remember to dispose of her mobile phone and any electronics she has, taking care to not fingerprint them. Police can and will use them to track her to your house. Try to take her during a time when she won't be contacted/expected within a short period, so you have more time to flee. And finally, be vary wary of CCTV cameras in the area. Scout out the place ahead of time, and figure out paths in and out to use.
