If they knew Lia was a top tier dancer, they probably give her an extra number to showcase because she stole the show. I genuinley think they thought she was gonna be a slightly better version of Pippa and just got her 3D because "it's been 3-years and you have achieved goals. so here."
They tried to smoke and mirrors Tenma with Uruka & rap. Pippa you have to bite the bullet and just accept she is gonna have to do The Ripper to give the people what they want.
Group numbers are not gonna be a thing until they get people 3D who keep up with Lia dance wise (there are some coming). The best you can hope for is what you got: Pippa and Tenma standing in place behind a girl singing, or a hamtaro run (and even in the hamtaro run, if you watch it Pippa/Tenma are jogging like high schoolers doing track and field. compare it to Lia and Mint who are hopping and bopping around showing personality while just running)
