If you don't know, WoW is basically on the suicide watch, so many players are jumping from that game to XIV, which is an arguably better clone who always existed but never was in the spotlight.
XIV had basically no streaming scene, WoW plenty. WoW streamers obviously jumped ship too, and do you want to know what's the playerbase that got most assblasted from it? The trannies, literal pussies and other retards who thought that streamers would bring the Ninth Calamity or something. Those are and always have been the worst part of the XIV community, they're a minority and nobody likes them.
In fact, streamers came, and nothing happened. Most of the XIV community welcomed them with open arms, even an infamous WoW streamer notorious for shitting on the game years ago.
So TL;DR: if it's true that the XIV community is complaining, they're the usual retards that nobody gives two shit about. XIV's community is very welcoming. The problem comes when you enter in groups full of drama queens or retarded elitists. Also, mods ban people griefing others very quickly, including streamers.
THAT SAID, XIV is a shit game to stream, hopefully nobody in Hololive streams it because it would be boring as hell to watch, even if they get to endgame fights which are the fun of the game (but to play, not to watch).
