The Camarilla potentially had a large part to play in the foundations of these sorts of rules though. Attached are the three Traditions that the Kindred adhere to in VtR2e. It basically self enforces the same way human society does. People don't just not do stuff because it's illegal, most people don't murder because they're not murderers. Every Clan and Covenant deals with this sort of shit in their own way though.
>>4882467It's a little more than 5. There are over 20 contemporary Covenants talked about, those 5 are just the bigger ones that the game focuses on. Even then it's actually 7 as you've got Belial's Brood and VII. Whole load of historical ones too. Not to mention you've also got the Clans too, it's not just Covenants that have territory.
