Did some more testing, this time I did an unlisted stream off one account and watched them on premium and non premium accounts.
For premium it took 1min for view to show up in realtime under "video analytics" and for the non premium it just took 17sec to show up as viewer, 48sec to count on realtime.
Non premium does show up as a live viewer under "Live viewers" 1st premium account never did show up. 2nd Premium account gets counted as a viewer, It was acting the same as the non premium account. 2nd premium account doesn't have a youtube channel, so not sure if that affects it.
1st premium account was made in Dec 6 2009. I don't remember when I made 2nd one, but its been at least 2 years+
1st premium account got counted as a viewer on phone for a few sec and then got removed.
I've never said anything in chat before on the 1st premium account, only time I showed up in chat was when I sent a $100 super chat back in Dec 18, but it was blank.
So it could be that just some accounts aren't being counted, premium or not. And the 1st premium account I have is one of the ones not being counted. While the 2nd one is working normally. The views were still counted after stream ended, even if they didn't show up in "live viewers" for all accounts.
