That being said, Mouse mentioned Kiara possibly being on her talk show way after both Kson and Nazuna had already debuted. She likely wouldn't even bother saying anything if such a blacklist was in place
There's also multiple holo-related appearances in her lore videos, ending screens and general assets that were produced after their JP branch debuted which, again, also would not have happened if this blacklist existed
