Certainly Koroazu, who is a singing B-lister herself, thought Suisei's numbers were pretty amazing. But Still Still Stellar is the best-selling album for a solo VSinger, and I think there're only a couple of acts that are on that level. However there might be a couple of dozen VSingers on a B-list seiyuu level, but to be honest, I'm not quite sure what exactly the lower end for B-list seiyuu would be.
