she stagnated her work career in favor of giving as much time possible to her birblings and she said as much in her patreon, of course poorfags wouldn't know
she now has a better balance between work hobby and family but she is still giving more time than she should to streaming and it shows in how stressed she is sometimes when going live only to slowly calm down as the stream goes on, of course people who oshi a thread wouldn't know
she got promoted and now has to do more things at her job like being the one to scout, hire and manage the contracts
lastly ever since kawaii went belly up vtubing has been a money burning machine for her but she's still here, it was a money burning machine before too but it was easier to not care when part of it was championed by kawaii
