It is going to have some mods that add things but I think they're pretty fun ones that will add to the experience. One's a horde night mod that will periodically create huge hordes on the server, another is the survivor radio mod that adds more radio stations with interesting lore stuff, another is the expanded helicopter events mod, another is the Immersive CD players mod, VHS mod for TV shows, The hobbies mod, True Action Animations mods for sitting, lying and dancing, scrap weapons and armors mod, the vanilla vehicles replacers mod [switches them for fully animated real world counterparts, there's a mechanic they added in a patch where doors can be "opened" but has no visual indicator which lets zombies claw at you, the mod fixes that issue by having actual animations for the doors], motorcycles and ATVs, and vanilla+ style firearms. Others include the latest betterlockpicking+crowbar usage mod, more hairstyles and clothing, autosewing
This is because you can't repair ripped holes in the back of clothing/armor even without the mod, and autosewing removes the tedium from raising tailoring by manually spending hours patching and unpatching holes , the Paperdoll QoL inventory mod and a bunch of other QoL mostly UI related mods but also some crafting related ones. There's some neat interaction ones too like being able to sprint out and jump through windows like if you're being chased by zombies, or push them through windows with shoves. No cheaty ones like status bars that tell you exactly how hungry/etc your characters are. Also several good quality towns and probably the coolest city in Raven Creek
