Gura is obviously 12 or 14. You can tell because her height is 141cm which is the average height of a 12 year old and her voice sounds like a 12 year old. 12 years old is below the age of consent (16) in Japan, so she's actually trying to portray herself as 16 years old so the Takashi's in Japan think they have a chance with her. Thereby increasing her viewership, donations and capturing the Japanese market.
