There are 2 windows there but if you absolutely need to do one I'd recommend the one not inside the room with the chairs blocking a door.
By the interrogation rooms do you mean the one where the guy gets cut in half by a shutter at the start? With Claire I don't think that's overly worth doing but put those as your 2nd priority over that first hallway I guess.
