I'd say with disqualify streams with more than 3 fleshbags displayed on stream to make it even for the future. More often than not, those fleshbags are the ones controlling the flow of the stream rather than the vtuber channel himself.
For example, Hololive's 5th anniversary stream. They have 2 comedians/hosts for it, but the main attraction is not them, it's the interviewees. It counts as a Holo win. Next example is VSPO. There were other fleshstreamers on it mainly shaka being the bigger attraction in it leading on to the big numbers.
For Tsukasa's stream, it's kinda 50-50. Obviously, Tsukasa is the host, but the participants along with staff and others are fleshbags. Should we count or not count it even though it's 50-50? You tell me, is it a vtuber stream in all of its meaning?
