I work in a food processing plant. I'm a regular ass shipper right now and I'm good at it, but I'm scared I might get in over my head if I accept any promotions, like I might accidently become the manager of multiple plants and have no idea what I'm doing... I've been faking my confidence the whole time, they don't understand how terrible I am at managing workers unless I'm forced to, I'm capable of doing it but I hate every time I do it. I fear what I may become in a position of power.
Just leave me alone, let me do my job, and go home...
