>spoilerIt's literally solely for "breaking health and safety protocols", in that I wasn't using the appropriate PPE whilst operating a forklift, despite being trained prior to operation on appropriate procedures. I'm being flagged as being purposefully negligent since they don't believe that I didn't know my shoes/boots weren't the right type to be wearing. I haven't done anything in the past to piss them off so it's not like they'd be trying to shuttle me off for any other reason. It's for 'knowingly breaking protocol' more so than injuring myself i think that's getting me terminated.anyway thanks for the suggestions and stuff friends. I'll stop spamming now.
