what I get from the double standard is that male fans are much more tolerant than female fans
woman have some unrealistic idea of the male idol, they will tear them down if they act out of their imaginary model
meanwhile the male fans are much more tolerant to the faults and if faced with some uncomfortable act, they will just leave to another girl or go "its a woman moment" and keep watching
no wonder female vtubing can thrive while male vtuber scene will be always struggling to grown, it's the female audience own fault
they need to learn from the male audience how proper treat the streamers and recognize they are not your personal plastic doll to scream and "educate"
