I don't really have time to fully catch up on and rebuff every single suggestion in the thread because I'm busy working on games I'm actually responsible for not fucking up but I will chime in real quick to say that I've been on record as being for transactional volatility being buffed for literal months. That time honkler made Rushia move like $10 per transaction (or something like that) was actually good, just ahead of the time we needed it. The most volatile coins are moving less than $300 an hour, which was fine when coins averaged in the $6~9k range and going above $10k was reserved for hard-hitters like Gura or really rare moons. Now it's obnoxiously slow and 80% of the time a coin worth buying/selling will not intersect its pre-adjustment value even if everyone buys/sells it en masse.
