The ones you asked about range from literal whore who owns it to just chatting streamers who watch videos and chat with their chats for hours on end with a cute model on stream basically a zatsu with extra zazz.
Theres plenty of other options aswell ranging from high energy characters like filian to more standard streamers like limealicious and as you get lower viewership streamers they tend to have their own niche communities spread around.
They are far removed from what most of this board wants though so you see very little of them discussed because they dont appeal to the majority of this board which is hololive fans and their formers or just generally people who got started watching vtubers on youtube instead of twitch so its easier for them to integrate into the board.
