Even if Millie wasn't a true believer according to you she is doing good in this world and she recognized the error of her ways of taking drugs and exploiting others. You can judge her all you want but in the end it's only two people whose judgement will matter: Millie herself, as long as she is here on earth, and the Lord himself.
I think you are very misguided in your judgement. We need to think about how Millie's actions affect herself and those around her. She is doing good for herself and the people in her life and that matters a lot more than whatever you can glimpse at as an outsider.
