The moral of the story is to gatekeep and minimize the number of women in hobbies you actually enjoy. Otherwise, the things you enjoy radically transform from their roots, and the ones who benefit most are cynical profiteers that never cared about the hobby to begin with. And as always, brand loyalists deserve the rope.
