First, what we know.

Now the most recent puzzle piece that tied it all together

What happened is in fact very simple.
Yuri saw the Kawaii girls leave as a group and figured she could do the same. She became convinced that her contract was too restrictive and that she should be getting more and attempted to hardline for a better split with Sakana. Sakana was willing to play ball but Yuri being the child that she is wanted too much and Sakana refused. It was then that Yuri attempted to leverage for more with recordings of the meetings and contractual information from her DMs with the ex-cyberlive and Kawaii girls. These is the repeated infractions mentioned in the letter. Nobody knew until she herself dropped her records. Immediately Sakana closed negotiations and started the process of termination.
When the other girls found out they were shocked and didn't know how to process it. After gathering all the information they agreed that Yuri was in the wrong. They all still cared about her because of their year plus alongside her and wanted to give her as good a send off as they could and let her attempt to build something on her own.

The girl is young and stupid and was probably drunk when she decided to throw away her career. Now she works a retail job and still refuses to stream. I feel bad for her honestly but these are her own decisions. It's no wonder she lost her friendships. All I see in her future is a most glorious car crash in slow motion as she burns the rest of the goodwill she managed to hold.
