My impression was always that most vtuber company contracts are more a way of keeping talents in line rather than something that ever gets enforced. Even more than that, it seems to me the contracts are meant to keep talents in line by threatening reputational damage rather than ever having legal or financial repercussions - if you're accused of breaking contract it will be hard to do anything but go indie.
Any kind of cross-border legal action probably wouldn't be worth the actual hassle for PPP, so I doubt the legal trouble rrat has legs.
