3k to 5k hz is the frequency range associated with sounds like scratching glass and 'screechiness'. Kiara has an SM7B and probably has the presence boost switch on it turned on, which amps this range by 3db. This is good sometimes for instruments and some voices to make them sound more 'present' but not her. This is also why people like her 'low' voice even though it's the same timbre - the energies aren't nearly as present in that range once she goes lower, obviously. People just don't know what is particularly 'setting them off' and so go for a general sweeping statement of 'oh it's just her voice'.

This is also the zone associated with 'screechy' noises like scratching glass.
Coincidentally she's using an SM7B, which has a "Presence Boost" switch that boosts audio between 2k to 4k hz by 3db.
Odds that she has it on are pretty good.
