Nurses are the most tough as nails, tired of your shit 5 years before you were even born, will call you out for the smallest thing they didn't like women on the planet. They have a miserable job and it's reasonable that they feel bitchy about it, but damn, does not make it easier to work with them. The superiority complex does not help either.
Doctors seem to have a bad habit of becoming intensely fussy and unwilling to do anything themselves because of how highly they value their own time. Oh sorry, someone didn't know to set out size 7.5 and 8.0 surgical gloves because you prefer them tighter on your dominant hand? Well, let's waste two minutes lecturing the trainee on respect and wasting time rather than just grabbing some extra gloves.
I honestly get the LEAST difficulty from patients, but you still get some profoundly unpleasant people. Also some people that don't know where they are, why they're here or what's wrong with them and despite how busy things are you need to explain EVERYTHING to them multiple times so they grasp the idea that you're not secretly trying to murder them and that if they just sit back and take it as easy as they can their problems will be dealt with.
