With HONK app you can make the eyes and whatever part of your art you like move the same way your cursor does, and you can also draw different mouth shapes for every letter you pronounce.

My webcam is broken because the one I had was extremely cheap, so it lasted only 6 months.
I can get a new webcam in -the worst- case but that means I would need to probably go the 1st route. I just don't know what would be better, as I already have a kind of established outfit design (?). But i just generally feel lost as I am a silly poorfag student trying to get by. I am a stubborn person so I will make it despite everything, and so will you.
