Getting to watch her struggle and exert herself followed by the wave of relief that would wash over her as she finally succeeds in pushing out whatever has been shoved in her would be every endearing
I think she would feel proud and it would help build herself esteem
Of course, everything would be reinserted and it would go on until she was no longer physically capable of holding herself up, in which case she can simply sleep with the eggs inside until she's ready to try again
